With our world in chaos, and hurting over the senseless
killings in Paris ,
and throughout the year, it is fortunate that we have Thanksgiving--a chance to
refresh our memories and count the blessings that we do have in our lives. I
have so many wonderful people in my life to be thankful for, and an exciting
career that I love. My love of reading made me dream of being a writer when I
was only twelve years old. After years of hard work, and perseverance my dreams
did come true. This year, through multi-author box sets, I made the USA Today
best selling lists, and once with New York Times. That is an achievement I
never dared to hope for. Thank you readers for making that happen!
I also have great happiness in my personal life. After a
divorce at the age of 50, I found a kind and generous and loving man--we have
been together for a wonderful 12 years. We have four children between us, and
ten grandchildren - and that my friends, is the greatest treasure of all. As
you can see, I do indeed have a lot to be thankful for.
